Internships

The Office of Rep. Simon Cataldo offers a robust internship program for undergraduate and graduate students. Please contact the Office with any questions.

We are now hiring for Fall 2025 internships.

Our legislative interns play an integral role in our office's day-to-day operations and gain insight into the legislative process in Massachusetts. This internship involves:
• Researching legislative priorities and preparing memos on policy issues and initiatives
• Attending and sometimes staffing events and briefings in the State House
• Assisting with office administrative tasks
• Performing other duties as assigned

The internship is unpaid, but we're happy to work with schools to have it apply for credit or stipend programs. Interns are required to come in person to the State House 1-3 days a week working 10-20 hours per week.

Anyone interested in applying should email anna.osullivan@mahouse.gov with a resume, cover letter, and writing sample.
